Your place on the expedition is confirmed if payment has been received on time. If you cancel between 10 March and 5 June 2025, we can refund 80% of the price. If you cancel your place between 6 June - 31 July, you will receive 50% of the price back. If you cancel your participation after 1 August 2025, no refund will be granted. Any extra costs that might occur during the trip due to unforeseen weather conditions will be shared amongst participants.
